Do you have an eye for a photograph that can be looked INTO? After all, it’s said that everyone owns a camera. But it’s not enough to own it. To be a photographer, you must understand, appreciate and harness the power you hold!
SANKALAN 2022 presents ALACRITY- A photography contest of DUCS, where you can not just showcase your talent, but give the world a detour of all the beautiful places your imagination takes you to, give others the taste of the moment they haven’t even lived. RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Students currently studying in any college/university/department can take part in the event.
- The contest is open for online submissions only.
- Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
- Only one submission is allowed per participant.
- You are required to provide a unique title & description for your image.
- Basic editing, including color enhancement, the use of filters, and cropping of the Photo(s) is acceptable, provided any such editing does not affect the authenticity and/or genuineness of the Photo(s).
- Advanced editing used to create illusions, deceptions and/or manipulations, and the adding and removing of significant elements within the frame is prohibited.
- The participant should also follow us on our Instagram and Facebook handles.
SUBMISSION:
- Theme will be BACK2COLLEGE for this year's Alacrity.
- Each participant must submit exactly 1 photograph related to the theme.
- All the submissions must be made before 14:00 on 29th May 2022.No submission will be accepted after that.

JUDGEMENT
Judgment will be done based on two criteria:
- 50 percent of the score depends on our judges appointed by the Department.
- The other 50 percent is on you, we will post the photographs on our official Instagram Page and it's your duty to increase the number of positive reactions on your photo by sharing it with your friends.
